So, I got a channing bowditch double for a 12-month lease. I signed the lease and sent it to the housing office.
I don't mind living there for a semester, but I want to try to get out of it and live in a coop or apartment. I have heard that it is possible to get out of the lease if you find someone to replace you although it is not technically within the rules.
So, if any female wants to take my place, keep in contact with me; I think theres a good chance of it working out.

I put Wada as my first choice and Channing-Bowditch as my second (I got Wada).

If I didn't get Wada and instead got Channing-Bowditch would this mean I would be stuck with a 12 month lease or would it be possible to end the lease in May when school ends?

They give priority to those that sign a 12 month lease. However, I don't believe it would be required.

nothing is wrong with channing bowditch. I just would prefer to have my own room and save on rent.

I have the same problem as you with the lease too =[ . Only for summer =/
