I used to goto a CSU I have been going to a CC for almost a year now. I was thinking of re-taking a class I got a D in at the CSU in the fall, its not transferable to a UC also its not offered at CC. The thing I worried about is when I apply to UC for winter they won't classify me has CC but a CSU student.

Yes, you just submit that CSU grade to your CCC transcript. A lot of people takes classes at UC's over the summer and puts it on their CCC transcript. So to answer your question, yes you will still be a CCC student IF you are ENROLLED FULL TIME at your CCC.

What do you mean by "you just submit that CSU grade to your CCC transcript."? I thought I have submit my CSU transcript directly to the UC.
