sending citizenship/permanent residency copy to Cal after SIR

Hey guys,

i rmbr after submitting the SIR to Cal i have to send my citizenship/permanent residency copy to somewhere but i cant find the address anymore =(ahhhhhhh
anyone has any ideas about it? hahha thanks a lot!

do we have to do the same for UCLA?

I heard my friend need to send the copy of his green card to UCSD...
but after i submitted my sir, i don't see anywhere that asked to send a copy of my citizenship certificate..

any1 have any ideas?

yes, you also have to to sumbit your resident status to UCLA for tuition purpose. If you want to find the adress, you log onto my UCLA, click on enroll URSA, the click on review SIR, there u should find the residency document requirment.

if you just need the adress :

Staple the requested information to this cover sheet and mail to

Attn: Residence Deputies
UCLA Registrar's Office
1113 Murphy Hall
Box 951429
Los Angeles CA 90095-1429

But I highly recomment that you call UCLA, because they said that I should send copy of my and my parent green cards within 10 business day since the day you submit you SIR. And you should log onto the residency status page to get the form also, not just send your copies of green cards.

hey, mysterious88...

I tried it with your method, but still don't see anywhere that asked me about the residency issue.

and this is what it says on my UCLA LOGON..

it clearly said ur a US citizen so it is all good.

You must submit your SLR by June 1

Or they will charge you as a non-resident (state) Don't forget to do that!!
