music classes for non-music majors

I want to take a music class, preferably something that involves piano, during this quarter, but all of the classes that I've looked up seem to be available only music majors. Are there any music classes I can take, even though I'm not a music major?

All the studio / performance practice classes listed under the music dept are limited to music majors. There is not enough funding (and enough of a demand, I suspect) to warrant extending the classes to non-music majors. There are other classes that non-music majors can take in the music dept (Art of Listening), music history dept (history of rock and roll, film and music, beethoven, etc), and the ethnomusicology dept (jazz in american culture, music of asia, etc). But, they won't incorporate you playing the piano.

i'm a music major. if you're good enough the teacher will probably let you participate. Professor Jennifer Snow teaches collaborative piano C175 Act 13 and C90Q, but its actually a combined class.
Philharmonia also allows qualified non majors. Symphony mostly consists of non majors. They also occassionally need pianists.

You can also participate in jazz combos and orchestras; I know alot of non majors who participate in these.

I'm also a non-music major but am pretty interesting in keeping up with my instrument. The jazz combos sound sweet. How do I get involved with those?
