Can I take chem 14A as an honors course?

So I read on an post on the UCLA 2012 board (life science major: math 31 series vs. 3 series) that it's recommended that you take chem 20/30 as an honors course since it's smaller and easier (or something like that).

Is it possible/recommended that I take chem 14A as an honors course for that reason? Does it even matter?

Another question: I plan on going to grad/med school. This site (UCLA Department of Physiological Science Undergraduate -- major requirements) says - "*Chemistry 30C is strongly recommended for students completing the Chemistry 20/30 series who are also preparing for graduate school in the health sciences" -
Does this mean I should switch into the Chem 20/30 series, or am I fine with the 14 series?

Thanks!
