Dorms for Frosh 08

I'm worried! my D did not apply for a dorm room until 5/1/08. This is when the website said the deadline was, but for some reason we are now told only the early apps will get in. What do we do now? also are there any other "hidden" deadlines????

I think freshman are guaranteed a bed, seeing as how they are all required to live on campus. It may not be in Riverside/Lakeside/Ridgecrest (though it probably will be), but your D will have a room.

english 101 and english 102 are tough courses IMO. I'm transferring to Alabama as a sophmore, and I've taken both. I was an good english student in hs, and I struggled with both 101 and 102.

I took EN 103 and I hated it, but I guess I can chalk that up to being an engineering major. However, I did not find it difficult.
