Class size--relationship with facility

I was admitted to U of Arizona and it is in my top 2 choices right now--it's between there and a smaller school out east. I go to a smaller high school (about 200 per class) and was wandering if anyone could give me any insight about how big the class sizes are and as well as the relationships with professors. I'm going to major in biology--Do you have to work to talk and get help from professors or are they pretty accessible like at a smaller school? If anyone has any input it would greatly appreciated! Thanks
