I havent recieved my admission decision yet, so i cant apply for housing, yet. So, do i have any advantage right now since i'm out of state? Or is the only way to get housing is if i get into the honors college, or have luck?

It's if you have luck. They don't give priority to honors this late in the season. But they get random cancellations, so keep your fingers crossed and you just might get some housing! The guaranteed housing date was in march. but I know a girl last year who got a dorm in july. So there's always hope. Good Luck!
