| Does anyone know if you can change your classes you signed up for during phase I in phase II? |

| To Chairman Meow, you can change your classes once your Phase II starts. Once Phase II starts, you are able to sign up for classes up to the limit of your college. Thus, if you decide there is a class you want to drop you signed up for on Phase I or if there is a discussion time change you want to do, you can do it during Phase II. If for some reason it doesn't work, you can always do it during adjustment period, which starts after you do your Phase II. |

| You can actually change your classes within your unit limit during Open Hours at any time. That means you can rearrange your 10.5 units at any point after your Phase I appointment and up until your Phase II appointment starts; after that, you can do this with all 20.5 pre-allowed units.
Open Hours: 7am - 8am, & 7pm - 12am M-F; 12pm - 12am Sat&Sun |

| is it possible to make it from pimentel to dwinelle in 10 minutes? distance may be a problem but if it's downhill... then that would make things a lot better |

| You have 4 years to complete L&S breadth. It's recommended to do them AFTER declaring your major so that you can focus on prereqs for multiple majors you might want to pursue.
Pimentel to Dwinelle is definitely possible. The other way is a lot more difficult. Just try to sit near teh doors in Pimentel (or near aisles) so you can get out of there fast. |

It is true in that freshmen will have some difficult time adjusting to college life, segmented schedule, and huge classes.
It is not always true when you are talking about class difficulty since many of the classes freshmen take are basic courses for meeting requirement |

| Obdeboondocks -- filler courses -- choose from any department with the word "studies" after it. American Studies, Women's Studies, etc. People find these to be the easiest! Because they are. lol. |

| Okay, it's Saturday and the library closes at 5:00 PM. Where else can I go to study/work? Any buildings with empty open classrooms? |

| 1) What's the general amount of money students usually carry on hand?
2) How much do students usually spend on food every week?
3) How much do students usually spend on personal use (besides food)?
4) For laundry: Washing is $1.50 and drying is $1?
Thanks! |

| grasspuppet: if youre talking about during the regular year, some libraries should be open later and worse case eschelmen study lounge is open 24 hours.
castel: from personal experience...its kinda weird asking friends how much money theyre carrying and how theyre spending it
1. at least $40.
2. if you're living in the dorms you could spend nothing, but if you're somewhat social and eat out sometimes during the weekend then I'd say no more than $15
3. I don't think theres really much to buy for besides food personal use. Theres just shopping for clothes and stuff and maybe books.
4. Yes only in the dorms. |
