Well, so far, it's a toss up between CS61A (Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs) and Engineering 45 (Properties of Materials). While Ramesh (for E 45) might not be the most flashy of lecturers, he's very committed and the subject matter is exceedingly interesting (at least for me). Easily one of the most interactive classes I've taken.

Cousin busted his ass in EE126 Probability and Random Processes. Said it's the most challenging class he's ever taken. I'm intrigued.
