thehoo: strong GPA, somewhat weak scores, good ECs, and average honors/awards. Since you're OOS, I'd say reach.

Soccer yeah...though I meant current captain. Ha.
Thanks for the feedback, yeah I'm taking some tests in December hopefully will improve there. Awards? Yeah, weak, I know.
Just out of curiosity, how much better would my chances be were I in-state?

If you were in-state, I might say slight reach - high match, though it'd depend on what major you're going for.

vc08: slight reach... stats and ecs are average, lots of uc applicants and berkeley applicants are similar to yours. test scores are on the low side. your ACT is okay thought.

zaid: reach, are you a california resident? are you attending an american school? your stats are more in the range of uci or uc davis...

good luck to both of you.

Zaid: I'm also wondering if you are a Californian resident. Your GPA is good but the SAT scores are really low for Berkeley. I think your chances are slim if they don't dramatically improve.

Regular Weighted GPA: 4.73/5.00
“UC” GPA: 4.58 (I think)
Rank: ~25/360 (Second 5%, so not in the top 5% but in the top 10%)

SAT: 2350 (800M, 800CR, 750W) – Taken Once
SAT II: 800 Math IIC, 760 US His, 750 Physics, 780 Math IC, 730 Bio

APs: Taking BC Calculus, Physics C, US Gov, Self-Studying for Econ (School doesn’t offer)

*Note: My school doesn’t offer AP’s to underclassmen and only AP History to Juniors.

ECs:
1) Mock Trial: 11-12, Case Team Leader
2) Hospital Volunteering (200+ Hours)
3) Boy Scouts: Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Patrol Leader
4) Investing Club: Founder & President
5) Math Team: Captain
6) Science Team: Captain

Other:
-Invested Work Savings into a stock account
-Worked as a legal assistant at a law firm through sophomore and junior years

Recs: A decent one from a Chem Teacher, an excellent one from an English teacher, and another excellent one from the GC.

Essays: Assume they are average/good (Very business focused).

Alright that's it, any thoughts? Will my OOS and "Asianness" hurt me?

Thanks!

@iPhone: UC's don't count freshman year. If your UW GPA for soph/junior is 3.65, then reach only because you're OOS.
