I know that there decisions come out on the 27th, but did anybody recieve any information from them early? I heard some rumous that they send out emails to acceptees early.

Someone's probably just messing around with you. The only way I think you get in early is you were accepted for the Cal scholarship. If you got that, then I think you're in.

Hmm. not the Cal Alumni Scholarship. The Cal Regents Scholarship. Those who got that definitely have gotten in. Or at least were told en masse at the day they went to interview.

No, it was apparently just a regular application, no recruiting/scholarship involved...hmm, maybe he is screwing with me.

yes; those of us that were invited to interview for the regents' scholarship were notified, but no one else. official decisions will be up this thursday night.

The only people who know are Regents and athletes. If the alumni scholar notifications came out, there's a good chance that you were accepted...

a person at my school called Berkeley today and asked. They told him he was rejected :[

I heard a rumor that sometimes they allow exceptions where if you convince them, get straight A's senior year, and write an appeal letter, they will accept you around June. Anyone else heard of this?
