is it advisable to take the upper division cog sci courses without having taken Cog Sci C1?

I am a transfer student and I have not taken a course in cog sci.

Idk, i think it depends on the class... actually Im not even sure if that can happen. you should call up the cog sci department or check out their website. Its quite interdisciplinary in terms of pre reqs, and I'd suppose pre-reqs are meant for something. heh.
