Which will fill up first? UGBA 10 or Pb Hlth 14?

I'm currently enrolled for Pb Hlth 14 (93/142) but I really need to get into UGBA 10 (384/484) next semester. Should I enroll into UGBA 10 and save Pb Hlth 14 for Phase II (8/5 at noon) or should I just keep things the way they are. My understanding is that it's much easier to get off the waitlist in a larger class, as opposed to smaller ones. Is Pb Hlth 14 even going to fill up?

If you "need" UGBA 10, then I would register for that Phase I. Any class that you "need" should be signed up for during Phase I, unless no one has signed up for the class. Now, I can't say if either PH 14 or UGBA 10 will fill up by your Phase II time, but I do know that a lot of 1st year students signing up at CalSo will want to register for UGBA 10, as well as people who have an earlier Phase II than you. I would not take the risk, and if this is the only time you can take UGBA 10, I would register for it Phase I.
