How does the spring semester class signups work? Is there still a phase I and phase II? Is there a way to get an earlier phase I (ie. fall calso) or phase II in the spring?

Is it true that if you have more credit or declare a major that you have priority in Phase II or is the order random within your class. They should have a system of who gets what appointment earlier, but knowing Berkeley they could **** it up just for the sake of chaos.
