Changing majors/college

I'm admitted to fall 09 College of L&S, however I want to be in College of Engineering asap. How do I go about doing this?

isn't it hard..? CoE is hard to get in.

You should also starting taking the classes toward your intended engineering major in the fall (E10/BioE10, E7, Math, Physics 7, etc.) and keep up your grades.
