my CARS balance keeps going up. help!!

I paid all my bills for tuition, but yesterday my account balance jumped to 100$ and then today it went up to 120$. How can i find out what I'm being charged for?!

edit: I'm certain that my registration fees are paid off.

Those amounts are not due until you receive the next ebill, detailing those charges and asking them to be paid by September 15th.
