i'm a freshman with sophomore standing and my phase 2 is on Dec. 4th. Will I get into math16a if there's 270 enrolled out of 350 and 45 are on the waiting list with a limit of 50?

maybe, doubt it, seeing as 45 is a big number to have with only 270 students in the class, but i dont know how it works... my reasoning is, since there are 80 spots left (in lecture) , that means all the discussion sections have been filled, so all they have to do is open up new ones (up to 80 more spots), and then you'll be put in the class automatically? idk
