| What colleges did you turn down? So...what colleges did you turn down just to attend UC Davis? |

I didn't apply to very many places as you can see :P Most were chosen for Pre-vet advantages I guess. |

| wowww...thanks for the responces guys,
My mom told me that her friend's son rejected Cal, UCLA, UCSB, UCSD and a few other schools just to go to UC Davis for their Environmental sciences which makes sense. So...I guess it depends heavily on the major you are going into. |

| You would be surprised at the number of people you'll find who turned down Berkeley or UCLA... it's always refreshing to hear that someone would rather go to Davis than those schools, especially if you wanted to go to Cal or UCLA but didn't get in. |

| soo i got into la cal and sd, but somehow i still have a little yearning for davis. do you think its worth it to reject those schools and go to davis for its biotechnology major? im in as molecular bio for the other three schools. |

| Rejecting Cal for Davis is certainly not new =) There''s even a facebook group for it =) Login | Facebook I have two friends who rejected Cal/UCLA for Davis because the environment is just so much nicer, but you should take a look at both just to see where you fit best. Some people like the crowded, busy walkways of UCB, while others like the infinite bike paths of UCD. |
