what is an aggie?
Aggie is the UC Davis' mascot? I'm assuming this because I have a pin that says "Go Aggies!". I've tried googling it, but all I get is something completely different. Is it a horse? I seriously want to know what an aggie is.

Aggie is a term for students of an (historically) agricultural school. Since schools like UC Davis & Texas A&M have agricultural roots, all students at schools such as these are "Aggies".

The official UC Davis mascot is a mustang - hence the horse image.

Yeah!!! I tried urbandictionary (lol...my dictionary...who needs those webster's dictionary?) and I kept getting stuff about some Texas football fans or something like that.

Gunrock is an interesting name.

I like to say it as "a-jees", I think it's cute! lol

I believe it's ag-ee, a shortened word for agricultural. :]
