For most of the "Open Requirements: Things to do to receive aid disbursements" I don't see a deadline date; anyone know of one?

Also what if I don't have a Student Tax Return form to turn in? Do I just ignore that or do I call them or something...

I believe you just need to complete the requirements in advance to give time for processing and dispersement of your funds. As an example if your student bill is due 6/4/08 don't complete the requirements on 6/3/08 and be surprised that your bill wasn't paid in time.

Since I'm having second thoughts on taking loans. Is there a way to reject the loans now that I've already accepted on efan? Or should I just leave it alone now. I finished the entrance interview and part of the Master Promissory Note, but I haven't touched the things that required me to print it out and mail it.

I would contact the Financial Aid office regarding switching the loans to decline after accepting them.

I'm not sure if they will automatically take them off but, they will be able to explain and guide you through any steps that need to be taken.

I don't believe there is a toll free number for the financial aid office. You might check their web site for one. You might try to get any questions you have answered by email if possible. Their email address should be on the web site as well.
