I am subleasing a shared room EXTREMELY close to the UC Davis Campus. Rent is only $281.50 and June rent is FREE, so that's around $90 your saving. Rent does not include utilities, which run about $30. This is located near the Cuarto dorms, so it's perfect for any students who are enrolled in Summer Session I and/or II.
