Undeclared Life Science Major

Hey, I was trying to kind of get a feel for the classes that I'll have to take for the "Biological Science-Undeclared Life Science Major" but I'm stuck. Can someone please point me in the right direction, I need to know what requirements/classes I'll have to take in order to get a Bachelors of Science degree in 4 years. Also if anyone can recommend good professors to take for the Biological Sciences major.

if you go to the website for the college of bio sci you can check.

UC Davis: College of Biological Sciences: Undergraduate Academic Programs

They should have all requirements for bio sci majors. As for teachers, use ratemyprofessor. There are a gazillion teachers and its hard to really say which ones for which subjects since they change subjects quarterly sometimes.

And a good tip to graduating in 4 years.... start all your preliminary classes (calc/chem etc) first quarter of your freshman year. Unless you plan to take summer school then it can be done either way. dont worry so much about it now since youre just starting

The Undeclared-Life Science option is not a bachelors degree program. It is an option for students to apply under that are unsure what program they want to study. Advisers will work with the student to explore and decide a program within the first couple years of study at our campus, even if the program is outside the biological sciences.

UCD Admissions. I am admitted to UCD under Undeclared Social Sciences, I know its possible to change majors into a different college, but is it difficult? long process? I have been reading around the internet and i seem to be interested in the nuerobiology, physiology, and behavior major.

The difficulty of changing programs or colleges depends on the program you wish to change into; different programs will have different requirements. Please contact the College of Biological Sciences to determine which requirements, if any, are required to change your major.
