So, I got a letter today saying that I am guaranteed admission into Davis with my first choice major. Does this mean I can be guaranteed admission into the UCD College of Engineering, or just the university in general?

why not call or email UC Davis admissions and ask? Odds are they know their policies better than random people on a chat site.

Therefore, if you would like to choose one of our Engineering majors, you would be admitted into the College of Engineering here at UC Davis. This is of course assuming that you will continue to perform as you have been in the past in your senior year of high school.
