How low of an income will UC Davis consider for their "admission points"?

Does it apply to those below 60k or really really low income?

I am unaware that family income plays a factor in UC Davis's point system.

Income does not directly play a role, but applicants from lower income families may get points in areas such as:
Perseverance in unusually challenging circumstances
First generation college attendance
Achievement at a low performing high school
Qualification for participation in the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)
Nontraditional college applicant
