Listing Extracurriculars on UC App

I have a quick question - I attended Chinese School for 10 years before quitting at the end of tenth grade because I graduated with a secondary school degree from the school. Can I list "Chinese School" as one of my five extracurriculars on the UC App, or is the app only looking for high school related extracurriculars like clubs and sports?

Curricular means related to the curriculum, or your high school classes.
Extra curricular means beyond, outside, the curriculum of your high school classes.

Boy Scouts is an extracurricular activity. Chinese School is an extracurricular activity. Skateboarding is an extracurricular activity. I think Chinese School is an impressive extracurricular activity.
