My EFC & What the UC'S will give me.

My EFC is $60.00, so I was wondering about how much would I get from the UC'S? Would it be different for each UC?

i believe that it will be different based on how much each school has in funding and university grants. but pell and cal grants are all the same for all uc's.

Thanks for that info., but could someone estimate how much I would receive (each year)?

well they would expect your family to pay the $60 and the rest of the money will be paid through cal grant, pell grant, loans & work-study.

How much money would go to loans and work-study?

im not sure on the estimate since i dont know the coa for your school but since your efc is pretty low im assuming you will get near the maximum grants:
pell - 4050
cal grant (a) - 2550 (B) 1550
work study - 4000
loans - varies by whatever balance is left after grants.

Well I'll most likely go to UC Davis, and I'll be living on campus. So with the budget being around $22,000, would $10,000 go to loans??

It depends on your stats, but last year, the UCs offered my son approx $5K in loans, $3-$4K in work study and the rest of his need (COA - EFC) was met in grants. I hear from other parents that sometimes the loan portion is higher.

Good luck at UC Davis (great school!)
