UC Chances please?

I'm kinda in a unique situation as half of my high school was out of the country and the other half was here in Cali. Anyway would like to know my chances to any of the UC's.

10th Grade (Out of Country):

English 10: B B
World History: B B
Math/Geometry: A A
P.E: A A
Biology: B B
German 1 C C
Info & Tech B B
Religious Education C C
GPA: 3.00

11th Grade:

English 11 A A
U.S History A A
Algebra 2 A A
Chemistry A A
German 2 B B
ROP Dig. Img. A A
GPA: 3.83

Academic GPA 10+11: 3.22
Overall GPA 10+11: 3.42
Total GPA : 3.53

SAT Score : 1660

High school attended in a different country had a very different system of grading so in reality those grades should be higher but school system cant just make them better. SAT score is bad, look to improve to 1750 or higher. At the moment looking at raw statistics i think my best hope is UCR.

Thanks

You will get into UCM, UCR, and UCSC. You also have a chance at
Davis, Santa Barbara, and Irvine if you bring up the SAT scores.

good luck.

you'd get into at least one UC if you apply to all.
