^Match for all. 4.29 and a 2040 are good enough for the ones you listed.

I'm assuming UCSD would be a safe match-match, and UCLA/UCB would be higher matches, no?

Rank 3/656 in a rural high school (not too competitive) I took the hardest course load possible. Also, I am ELC.

SAT II: Math II 730

Guitar
COSMOS Bioengineering
CSF

(that's all; I had limited opportunities due to the combination of my rural surroundings and lack of transportation. I explained this in my essay.)

As it is now, UCSD and UCLA would be considered reaches. Of course, a year's time can do a lot, and I would be assuming that you're retaking the SATs (and taking the IIs). Make note that, under the unofficial (well, not officially from UCSD but presumably from a former adcom) UCSD points system rubric that is being floated around, you would not be getting points for being an "officer" or just "member of student government". There are certain high level positions that will add to your total. Simply being "coordinator of community events" or something to that effect is probably not going to help you.

^Well, you didn't specify what officer position, but yeah I think treasurer, secretary, VP, and president are the ones that matter.

Not enough information about your SAT. Does your UW=W=UC GPA? If not, and in the offchance that your nonAs were all from freshman year, then you still have a shot at UCLA/UCB/UCSD. Otherwise,
UCB/UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach/Reach
UCI/UCD: High Match/Match

If that's the case, I would put UCSD towards a high match/match and UCB/UCLA as Slight Reach/Reach
