Where to mention a "Pre-" emphasis? (Pre-med, Pre-dentistry, etc.)

So when selecting colleges on the application, you have to select a major and alternate major, but where would I mention that I intend on being a pre-emphasis student? I really need to know because my selected major has absolutely nothing to do with what my pre-emphasis would be... and that pre-emphasis is much more related to my activities than my indicated major.
(Does that even make sense?)
Thanks.

yes, it makes sense, but UC does not have a pre-professional box to check bcos they don't care; intended major is not an admission criteria for Letters & Sciences.. If it's that important to you, write an essay about your pre-health passion.
