OOS chances+calculating my GPA?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Okay, my sophomore/junior classes look like this:
(plusses are on my transcript but taken out for calculating my gpa. We are not on a 4.0 scale, so I'm trying to convert it now UC style)

Algebra II Honors-A
Business administration/law-A
Chemistry Honors-B
English II-A
History II H-A
Spanish III-A

J
AP Chemistry-A
English III-A
Journalism-A
Marketing-A
Pre-Calc Honors-A
US History Honors-A

By my calculations, keeping in mind you can only award "honors credit" to 2 full year courses in sophomore year according to UC, my GPA is a 3.92 uw and a 4.33 w? My senior schedule includes 3 APs including BC Calc and an honors course if it helps.

*STATS*
gpa: 3.92 uw and 4.33 w
rank: not given
sat1: 2150 770v 740m 640w
sat2: 770 chem, taking math II in oct/nov
APs by end of senior year: Chemistry (5), Biology, Economics (micro+macro), BC Calc.
Senior year schedule: Physics Honors, AP Bio, AP Econ, AP calc BC, English IIII, half year course in microsoft office and then mandatory government and politics course.

*EC's*

FBLA

-competed regionally

Done a few model UN competitions
Work at a soup kitchen

*Awards/Honors*
National merit recognition canidate
High honor roll
Certificates of recognition for almost all classes sophomore and junior year
UVA book award
NHS member

*Summer Programs*
National Student Leadership Conference-American U.
Worked at Boy Scout resident camp for past 2 summers
---

*Rec's should be excellent, i've known one teacher since 6th grade, the other taught my very personal AP chem class, and my guidance counselor was there when I was born (close family friend).
Essays I hope will be passable.

Thoughts? I'm really shooting for UCLA.

UCB / UCLA Somewhat Reach
(For UCLA, 57.2% scored 700-800 on Math IIC and 18.7% scored 600-690 on Writing) Their average GPA is 4.17.....

UCSD - Slight Reach

UCI UCSB UCD - Matches & Slight Reaches

UCSC - Safe

UCR/UCM - Super Safety
