hi. mesa court rooms are about 4 sq feet bigger. middle earth is closer to any of your classes except art/drama/dance. my hall in mesa is pretty dead but the hall right next to us is lively. so it depends more on which hall you live in. in my opinion, i think mesa court kids are nicer and more down to earth. my best suggestion is to visit both to see which one you like.
I lived in Mesa so I'm gonna recommend Mesa. But if you ask someone who lived in Middle they'd probably say Middle. My advice is to go to campus and tour both and pick which one you like better.
The Mesa Court descriptions on the UCI web site don't mention having DSL in the rooms, is that true? The Middle Earth description says "some" rooms have internet connectivity. I was really surprised all the dorm rooms wouldn't have it, or am I misreading the room desriptions?
are all the dorms about the same? i checked and some halls have a fireplace or a game room etc...wat are the drastic differences?? oo hmmm...food is also an important aspect of my life =) i wonder which commons has better food?
