I just opened up "My Aid Award" and it says "Your financial aid award is currently being reviewed. Your updated award should be available within the next ten days."

Why would they need to review it if no changes have been made? I'm kind of worried... has this happened to anyone else here? Did they offer you less money after?

I got an E-Mail today which told me to check my financial aid. For some reason, they lowered my grant aid by approximately $300... I don't know the reason but I didn't change any of my information

Mine was lowered $200 in gift aid..and increased in other stuff, i think it was loan money? I duno..why *shrug*

I heard my friends saying that they were asked to send in the tax return sheets. But they didn't ask me to send in anything so didn't do anything

i sent in mine this past monday.. and its currently under review.. im assuming it will take awhile since it takes UCI forever to do anything..

did you have a student tax return? if you don't even after you send it, it still says needed in red right?

i dont have student tax return so i didnt send any in.. and on the form we were suppose to fill out and send back theres something to check if you dont have a student tax return.. and ye mine says needed in red.. so after they finish reviewing everything i think they will change it around
