| Enrollment verification of family members?
i checked myaid today and it says that i need to complete this form since my brother is going to UCLA this fall. however, the form is kind of confusing. it said that it must be completed by the office of the institution that our sibling is attending. So are we supposed to mail this form to UCLA and then tell them to mail it back to UCI? or do my brother has to walk-in the UCLA office, ask them to complete it, then I sent it to UCI?
Has anyone ever completed this form, please helppppppppp me~
