Chance of getting in?

I'm in my Senior year now, and really want to go to UCI for its community and bio program. Please read over my stats and perhaps give a few pointers. Thanks in advance!

WGPA: 3.36 (yeah looking back I was really stupid, I'm actually having a hard time sleeping because I think about this number every night)
SAT reasoning: 2150 (should I retake it and go for 2200+)?
SAT II: Biology:720 Math(lv 2):750 (will take literature in November
Activities: French Club president, will start working as lifeguard when school year starts, Internship at a children's hospital (I would say this is really hard to get into), swim team all four years

*would it be helpful if I explain about the problems I faced in school that result in such a low gpa, such as english is my third language, and I came to the U.S. 6-7 years ago?

Thanks in advance

if you write good essays about why ur gpa sucks, yeah you got a good shot

good sat score, horrible GPA but you can mask that with your essays

thanks for the advice
oh and is it really true that checking "undeclared" is better than stating my interested major right on?
