It says that it will be available for Fall of 2010, so does that mean current freshmen are able to apply for it?

The VDC site doesn't have any info on it, but does anyone know possible rates/floor plans etc.?

Those two complexes will be for grad students and upper-division undergrads. The five options for 2nd year students (under the guarantee) will be MC/ME, CV, VDC, VDCNorte, and AV (see the Housing web page for more info).

I heard the same thing as MaMoose. Graduate students only in the complex on Campus Drive and Upper-Div Undergrads in the place across from Norte.
