Strengths: Definitely the grades/test scores. My essays were good at showing my personality too.
Weaknesses: Weak extracurriculars. Probably going to screw me over for my other schools.

General Comments: Either way, approach acceptances and rejections in an optimistic view! I got rejected from my ED school, and I'm honestly so glad because it opened my eyes to other choices. But for those that got accepted to their top choices, good job and have fun!

Strengths: versatile, well rounded, an actual human being who didn't shove my nose in books 24/7
Weaknesses: didn't always work up to my greatest potential; idk honestly i did what i wanted to do and i dont really regret anything ive ever done therefore i wouldnt say i have a distinctive weakness.
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: again, i was an actual human being and i showed that. good scores, good essay, good course load over the years, good ECs
General Comments: BE AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING. live, party, go out with friends on the weekends, dont go to elite. do things that you want to do and have passion for. of course work hard but if you do the things you want to do, youll be surprised how far that can get you in life.

Reflection
Strengths: Dynamic, well-rounded, and committed. Although I didn't have the strongest test scores, I did stand out of my class by excelling in things I was passionate about - running, writing, and community service.
Weaknesses: I occupied an AWFUL sleep schedule my junior and senior year. Being the first to go to state from my school meant morning practices. Sleeping at 12-3 am and waking up at 5:30 to do intervals did a number on me. Personally, I never reached my full potential in academics and I think I can change that come next fall.
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I showed that I was not only different from the rest of my class, in terms of athletics and academia, but also genuine. I maintained a solid, but not impossible, schedule throughout my four years, taking around 2-3 AP's my junior and senior year.
Senior Year Course Load: Office Assitant, IB English HL, IB History HL, IB German V, AP Calculus A/B

[ *] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected:
To be honest, I have no idea! I was rejected from San Diego, and when I got my acceptance to UCLA, I was completely shocked. But I do like Berkeley more, so hopefully I get in there too!
[ b]General Comments:[ /b]
My GPA. I don't even know what happened to UCLA. For them to accept me? There was only a 7% acceptance rate this year...yeesh. Well, congrats to all of you who made it! And to those who didn't, the fact that you're even considering UCLA means you're already pretty brilliant There's a school out there for you.
