I have been accepted to both UCLA and UWM, and I plan to major in engineering field.

UCLA has a great reputation all over the country, but its overall engineering ranking is a bit weak
than UWM. Plus it's more expensive.

UWM has a better engineering program(conclude from its ranking), but UWM seems less popular and reputable than UCLA as a whole.

Which school should I choose? PlusI am an OOS for both UCLA and UWM

Pick UCLA. UWM has had even more financial problems than UCLA, from what I've heard. Also, the job opportunities (and the weather) are better in California.
