hey, a friend of mines have some questions:

There is not a full length mirror. If you want one in the room, you have to bring one. I brought one with me and hung it on the outside of the bathroom door. I'm not sure about the dimensions of the closet but it's a decent sized closet though it's most likely smaller than one you'd have at home. Also, its true that you aren't supposed to put holes in the wall but, you can use tape or tack as long as it doesn't pull the paint off the walls.
Lol... I didn't say you COULDN'T just that you're not SUPPOSED to. I actually have things hanging on my walls with push pins but I'm just hoping that housing doesn't notice the holes when I move out...
LOL, my room came with a full length mirror, although I'm one of the rare cases because when most of my friends that came in for the first time, the first thing they say was "You got a full length mirror?!" But yeah, just bring it on your own. Although you're not suppose to damage the walls by putting tacks and stuff, most people do it, and I don't the housing officials really care.
As for closet size, it's decently sized. There's two wall closets, and they have a wardrobe for the third person (if you live in a triple). So if you have a lot of clothes, I say get there early so you can claim one of the wall closets since the wardrobe isn't that huge (it's sufficient for most people though).
so in a triple, there are two beds on top, and one on bottom. Would the person on bottom bunk typically claim the desk area underneath the other bunk?? or one of the window desks. Or does it not matter..
yeah, cuz as much as i'd like a bottom bunk, i'd prefer working by the window more than working in the middle of the room, underneath a sleeping person...
Generally how I've seen it occur is the person with the bed that's raised by itself gets the desk that's below it, while the other bunk people get the two desks by the window. But of course you can arrange who gets what in whatever manner.
i think it would make sense for the top 2 to get the 2 window desks and the bottom person to get the bunked desk. but yeah, its all in how you work it out with your roommates. just talk to them and see what you guys can work out.
My room was filled with holes from where nails and tacks were when I moved in this year, including ones in the bathroom
