Chem for Pre-Med

If we are interested in Pre-Med should we be taking all the Chem series classes our freshman year? I heard this advice from another university, so I wasn't sure if it held up at UCLA as well. Thanks!

It really doesn't matter when you take them. Med schools could care less. As long as you have it finished by the time you enter med school, you're set.

You need it for med schools. If you want to take the MCAT without having taken OChem, you're welcome to do so. Med schools don't care when you take the chem classes.
