Dorm Space

I'm an incoming freshman and got a double in Dykstra for my housing. How much space can I expect to have for storage in my room? The thing is, I REALLY want to bring two guitars, one of which is electric and would require an amp, and I also golf on occasion so if I can bring my clubs I'd like to have those with me as well. Is it plausible to fit all of this into my room? Is there maybe storage areas somewhere where I could put this stuff (I don't need the clubs in my room with me)?

Yeah its possible to fit all of that stuff in a double. Use the space under your bed would be my suggestion. When I lived in Dykstra, my roommate was on the UCLA archery team, and he had a helluva lot of archery gear. You'll be surprised how much crap you can fit into a dorm room.
You probably won't be able to have your guitars out all the time, so I would bring hard cases. You could probably find a place to keep the amp out, though.

You can definitely fit your amplifier and your guitars into your main closet, and you can fit your golf clubs underneath your bed. However, you probably won't find any dedicated storage areas outside your dorm room.
