yeah when people say there is a lot of walking at ucla, they are not kidding, i skip class some days because of it. lol.

yep, if i wake up at the time my class was supposed to start (or later), i dont go. because by the time i get there it would be more than half over. that's only happened a couple times though...

Luckily we're not USC and we dont get scorching springs. I never had a real problem with excessively hot weather. Also we will have blackout curtains next year which help control temp. Hitch also benefits from a nice breeze that the rest of the campus lacks.

and i have 6 friends that will go to UCLA next fall none of us chose each otehr as roomies and so far I heard of one other that is also at Hitch so at least we will be in same place

There is a van service that goes from Hedrick Hall to North Campus (by the theatre department) from 11-2 but the schedule is weird and if the driver thinks no one will get on he leaves Hedrick Hall super fast.
