University Credit Union

I will be attending UCLA for the first time this Fall and I am interested in an account with the University Credit Union. As such, I would like to inquire into some basic topics regarding the institution.

How satisfied are you with the quality of customer service?

How willing the credit union is to assist with financing (specifically students without cosigners)?

How it compares to other local credit unions?

Actually banking with a Credit Union is easy and hassle free. My D is a member with another CU but she uses University CU for her deposits and withdrawals with no extra charges. CU usually has better rates in lending, checking, etc.
The good thing is that University CU has a full banking operations now in Ackerman.
