| Yes you can. The move in times are just there so there won't be a bunch up of people accumulating in the buildings at the same time. |

| There's wireless for most areas of campus: Dorms, open areas, large lecture halls, libraries, coffee shops, etc. |

| calitennisgirl55, there's no need to post the same question in all the topics that are even slightly relevant to it!
there are several dining halls - hedrick, rieber (though i don't know if it will remain open next year), covel, and de neve. usually covel is regarded as the hall with the best food; it and de neve are the largest. hedrick and rieber are smaller, but usually will be less crowded. the dining website gives a menu for lunch and dinner for the current day and the next two or three days, with links to nutritional information, even (not advised for the weak of heart).
yes, you can swipe at any dining hall. no, you are not restricted to the closest dining hall. there are also eateries at which you can swipe for meals.
i hope this clears things up. again, there is no need to spam several topics with the same question. don't worry too much about these sort of things. enjoy the rest of your year and you'll learn a lot once you step foot onto campus as a bona fide bruin. |

| There's a separate thread about this, but have any of you taken the Spanish Placement exam? If so, how difficult was it? Is it multiple choice? Do you have to listen to anything, or is it all reading? |
