| To be honest I didn't try and get to know that many people there but it was early and people were generally very cliquish, not to mention the workshops were useless so everybody was pretty bitter about the long useless day. What I would do is put a laptop in your car and then go to your car like at 7:30, load it up and make sure you get a wireless signal, test out the internet. Then come 8:00 log on to URSA and register for classes. You should write down the 9 digit code for each class you want ahead of time and then register for em real quick, almost every orientation group only started registering like at 8:05 and they register one at a time so with 10 people they draw numbers because there is only one laptop or sometimes two laptops, either way you could be screwed have have to wait until like 8:30 to register.
