UC system admission conversion tables?

I recently saw one UC conversion table on one of the college discussion forums, the table is pretty scary.

Eligibility in the Local Context (ELC) 0 or 1 1000 1000
Number of “a-g” courses beyond 35 0-20 50 1000
Individual initiative 0 or 1 500 500
Qualification for Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) 0 or 1 500 500
Academic preparation programs 0 or 1 or 2 250 or 500 500
First-generation university attendance 0 or 1 250 250
Nontraditional applicant 0 or 1 or 2 125 or 250 250

Demonstrated special talents 0 or 1 or 2 125 or 250 250
Perseverance & achievement in the face of personal difficulty 0 or 1 or 2 125 or 250 250
Marked academic improvement in 9th-11th grade 0 or 1 250 250
Management of significant disability 0 or 1 250 250
Total Review 14,250

If that is true,it is shocking to say at least.Especially when I found out that I didn't fill in the 7th&8th a-g courses to increase that score....(I'm international,so I don't know whether is matters or not) Anyway,I just want to share this information with all UC applicants. And I hope some students studying in UC will give a response to this about whether it is fact or fiction....

I'm assuming this is San Diego's table; SD is very point-oriented. UCLA and Cal are much more holistic.

I think this is UCD. UCSD has more opportunities for points, but I believe you needed > 20,000.
