Does anybody know if any apartments that have month to month leases walking distance to campus? I'll be finished after next Winter quarter and don't want a full year/school yr lease or want to go through the trouble of subletting.

They usually will not give you a month to month lease, since the policy is to give you a one year lease, and then have it go to month to month after it expires. You may be able to take over a lease and then get it month to month, but plan on getting a year long or, at least, a 9-month lease.
