Preparation for 31A

I'll be a soph this fall taking calculus 31A...

I haven't taken math since junior year in high school, I got a C+ in Calc AB but a 3 on the AP Test. I honestly don't remember any math. What should I do to prepare?

also, I can't even sign up for the class because I have to take the diagnostic. What's on the diagnostic? Pre-calculus?

Any specific self-study books you would recommend? (For the diagnostic test and for the actual class...I know I only have a month left...)

The difficulty of the diagnostic test is somewhere in between the questions on the SAT Math IC and IIC. Maybe work through a few of those practice exams.
