Eiffel Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 1,348	Question about UC Eligibility in the Local Context Hi. I am a bit confused about what being ELC really means in regards to UC admission. It says that an ELC student is guaranteed admission to at least one UC school. So if I only applied to UCLA, would that mean I'm guaranteed admission to UCLA?
