its basically intro stats. I took Ap stats, and the class material is identical. The math isnt difficult, just understand all the concepts

I took her for some econ course last spring. I can't even remember the name anymore, but I had her in the spring. She is an OK professor. I'd say better than brown, but not anything I'd write home to mom about.

Recommendation

I haven't taken statistics at all. Not in highschool, not at ucla, is it a good idea to take econ 41 with out any background knowledge about stats?

^You should be fine o_o. I mean, its just another class. Do you take courses that you only have prior experience in? One tip to give yourself a good advantage is if the teacher allows Ti-83's is learn how to do stats functions on it. You'll thank me later .
